What Cygnus Payment Solutions Does with your Personal Information

Application Access
Background Location Access is required in the Driver App as we need to identify the live location of the Drivers. We allocate Drivers within a certain radius to jobs, for Restaurants which require Drivers to be in close proximity to the Restaurant to ensure the Food arrives heated to the Customer such as Pizza etc.
Background Location Access is required in the Driver App for the following compulsory reasons;
- · To identify the exact location of the Drivers within a certain radius to allocate jobs, for restaurants which require Drivers to be in close proximity to the restaurants to ensure the Food arrives at the correct temperature
- · To enable the customer the right of ‘Live Tracking’ the progress of their parcel delivery while onboard after it has been picked up by the assigned driver.
- · To enable application to track the exact location of the assigned Driver in the event of any emergency along the route of the delivery so to send another Driver to collect the parcels already onboard and continue the delivery to destination
- · To enable application to widen the proximity of certain order collections in certain areas based on Drivers live availability.
To acknowledge drivers that we are tracking their location we have also added disclosure dialogue.
Delivery App data collected:
- Location: is used for maps to navigate delivery drivers to the location where he can pick up and drop food.
- Email (collect and display): For login purpose
- Phone number (only display): For calling
- Vehicle detail (only display): For customers
- Image (collect and display): For displaying in profile and collecting image when order is delivered at doorstep.
Customer iOS and Android Apps data collected:
- Location: is used for maps to let customers track the order.
- Image (collect and display): for displaying to the merchant and delivery driver.
- Phone number (collect and display): For contact regarding order
- Name (collect and display): For displaying to the merchant
- Email (collect and display): For login and sending order information/invoice etc
- Image (collect and display): For displaying
- Address: Uses precise location
Merchant App data collected
- Phone number (only display): For contact regarding order
- Name (only display): For Displaying to the merchant
- Email (only display): Sending order information/invoice etc
Customer Online Ordering website data collected:
- Image (collect and display): for displaying to the merchant and delivery driver.
- Phone number (collect and display): For contact regarding order

- Address: For order delivery
Anyone with access to the above data collected is required by Cygnus Payment Solutions to follow this Privacy Policy. We do not permit any merchant and/or affiliate to sell or rent any data collected using the applications owned by Cygnus Payment Solutions, including any administrative site provided.
App Removal
Any apps authorized for logging users onto the site can be removed by going to the Associated Accounts section of a user’s preferences page.
